Council Meetings

Old Laund Booth Parish Council meetings are held in Fence Village Hall on the 3rd Wednesday of every month commencing at 7pm (6.30pm in December)

Parishioners are welcome to attend and can speak under Public Questions on issues of concern. Members of the public can ask questions and speak on matters, for a maximum of 15 minutes, limited to 3 minutes per person

Advanced notification of intention to speak would be appreciated via a communication to the Parish Clerk

Members of the public wishing to attend can contact the clerk by email clerk@oldlaundboothparishcouncil.co.uk three days before the meeting for up to date information

Public Participation at Parish Council Meetings

Procedure at Council meetings is governed by Standing Orders but is kept as flexible and informal as possible

Parish Meeting

An Annual Village Meeting is held each year, normally in May.  This is an open meeting for residents of the parish which the Parish Council is required by law to arrange.  It is separate from the Parish Council’s own Annual Parish Council Meeting and the date will be publicised when agreed
